- The price range for this accommodation is £350 - £600 per week
- Reduction for two-person occupancy
- Bed Linen, towels and electricity are provided
- Minimum Short break stay is 3 nights
- Weekly bookings commence on Saturday
- 'Access Statement' and Brochure available on request
(An additional
self-catering unit
for two persons can be made available for family/ friends wishing to
holiday together yet retain some independence.)
Guests are
requested to leave by 10 a.m on Saturday (or day of departure on short
breaks) and not arrive before 3.00 pm on Saturday (or arrival date on
short breaks) in order that the accommodation can be serviced.
A deposit of 25% is requested at the time of booking. The remaining
balance is required at least 6 weeks prior to commencement of the
holiday. The full balance will be required with bookings made within 6
weeks of commencement of the holiday.
All major credit cards are accepted.
Booking Condition
Should you find it necessary to cancel the holiday, I will endeavour to re-let the cottage and any monies received will be returned less a £25 administration charge. In the unfortunate event of the cottage not being re-let, you will be liable for the full cost of the cottage rental, whether or not you have paid the balance. I would therefore advise that you obtain suitable insurance to cover such unforeseen circumstances.
